The China International Consumer Electronics Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo) is a national level exhibition organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the People's Government of Shandong Province, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products, the China Electronics Society, and the Qingdao Municipal People's Government. It has been successfully held for 19 times so far. The Qingdao International Software Integration and Innovation Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Software Expo) is hosted by the Qingdao Municipal People's Government and has been held for 6 times. The theme of this year's Electronic Expo and Soft Expo is "Intelligent Integration, Student Integration, and Future Convergence", which will be held from May 17th to 19th at the Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center. At that time, more than 300 domestic and foreign enterprises will participate, with a total exhibition area of 50000 square meters.

1、 Three new positioning
This exhibition aims at the current global development trend in the field of consumer electronics, combined with Qingdao's development strategies of revitalizing the real economy, attracting investment, and boosting consumption, with a focus on highlighting three target positioning.
First, build a ecotype exhibition brand. By leveraging Qingdao's resource advantages in the home appliance industry and leveraging the platform effects of the China Electronics Expo and the China Software Expo, we will organize high-quality exhibitions, hold high-level forums, invite high-level guests, and strive to build an "ecological rainforest of the home appliance industry" to nourish Qingdao's innovative soil in the field of consumer electronics.
The second is to strengthen the transaction attributes of exhibitions. This exhibition will actively innovate service models for exhibitors and buyers, focusing on the specific needs of various parties in the consumer electronics field such as exhibition and sales, procurement, innovation, and investment. It will build a cross industry and all factor transaction promotion platform, provide comprehensive, full chain, and one-stop transaction services, improve transaction efficiency, and expand the transaction scale of the exhibition.
The third is to focus on the effectiveness of exhibition investment attraction. This exhibition will follow the requirements of "one industry, one plan" and "one park, one policy", and use supporting activities such as forums to build multiple investment attraction and project negotiation scenarios inside and outside the exhibition hall, promoting the docking and cooperation of "government, industry, academia, research, finance, intermediary, and user" parties, actively promoting the supply, strengthening, and extension of related industries in Qingdao, and striving to make Qingdao the "preferred place" for domestic consumer electronics industry investment.
2、 Four themed exhibition areas
This exhibition will follow the principles of specialization, high-end, and internationalization, and combine the current development trend of the consumer electronics industry with the local characteristics of Qingdao. Four themed exhibition areas will be established, including "Core Screen Intelligent Control", "Virtual Audiovisual", "AI Application", and "Empowering Qingdao".
The theme of Hall 1 is "Core Screen Intelligent Control Exhibition". The exhibition area focuses on the theme of "Smart Home Smart Life" and will showcase the industrialization and marketization achievements of various fields such as global smart home, life, and entertainment, as well as "black technology products". In addition to three leading local industry enterprises in Qingdao, including Haier, Hisense, and Aucma, Hall 1 also brings together leading enterprises in the global home appliance industry such as Huawei, Samsung, Sony, Nintendo, and BOE, as well as emerging unicorn companies such as DJI and Raytheon. Exhibits include: Hisense's world's first 8K laser TV, mobile smart screen, laser projection, art TV and other debut products; Samsung's 8K TV, commercial display devices, and smartphones; Huawei's full house intelligent, commercial office, Huawei Cloud, and multiple new products such as laptops, tablets, and wearable products throughout the venue; New products such as BOE's "paper like eye protection display" devices that lead international standards.
The theme of Hall 2 is "Virtual Audiovisual Exhibition", which includes three parts: virtual reality, new displays, and integrated circuits. Famous companies in industries such as Oriental Cinema, Goethe, iQiyi, and enterprises in the Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park will showcase the innovative development trends and latest digital technology research and development achievements of the consumer electronics industry to visitors through interactive exhibition modes such as VR. For example, Goethe relies on leading algorithms to develop VR dynamic seats and other black technology products that can achieve precise body feel.
The theme of Hall 3 and Hall 4 is "AI Applications". It mainly includes three exhibition areas: intelligent manufacturing, software and information technology applications, and artificial intelligence. Against the backdrop of the current trend of "consumer driven production" in industrial development, leading enterprises in the home appliance supporting industry such as Asus, Yuejiang, Kingdee, Innovation Qizhi, and Issa will showcase artificial intelligence devices developed for B-end users. In addition, enterprises in the Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park will also make a concentrated appearance in Hall 4.
The theme of Hall 5 is "Industrial endowment exhibition in Qingdao", which will display the development achievements of Qingdao in software information services, Industrial Internet, intelligent manufacturing and other key fields in a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional manner, and provide forward-looking experience and benchmark models for Digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
3、 Eight high-level forums
During the Expo, one Enterprise Leaders Summit Forum, seven high-level parallel forums, and multiple supporting activities will be organized. Whether it is the level of professionalism of the forum or the influence of the guest lineup, it has set a record among similar forums in Qingdao.
As the main forum of the "Double Exhibition", the Entrepreneurs Forum of the 2023 China Electronics Expo and Soft Expo will invite industry association leaders, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the CAE Member, as well as world-renowned entrepreneurs and other important guests to participate in the forum by virtue of the influence of the magazine "Chinese Entrepreneurs" in the domestic and international business circles. The forum will cover not only cutting-edge scientific and technological topics such as nanotechnology applications, but also digital industry enabling urban development, industrial digital and intelligent transformation The digital economy empowers the upgrading of the manufacturing industry, which is highly concerned by the government and business community.

The New Retail Forum in the era of artificial intelligence is hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products. It invites top executives and renowned scholars from industries such as GFK China, Skyworth, Graffiti Intelligence, and Worthy Buy Technology to discuss the service upgrade and business innovation of new retail formats in the era of artificial intelligence, focusing on topics such as new era, new scenarios, and new retail.
The 2023 Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum is hosted by the Enterprise Innovation Service Center of the China Association for Science and Technology. Leaders and renowned scholars from industry leaders such as Huawei Technology, Hisense Group, Yuntian Lifei, Haier Zhijia, and Isaac Technology will provide exciting insights on topics such as building a self evolving urban intelligent body with artificial intelligence technology and assisting in industrial digital upgrading.
The Metaverse and Virtual Reality Technology Development Forum, the 2023 China Developer Ecological Development Forum, the Capital Empowered Manufacturing International Summit, and the Specialization, Specialization, Innovation, and High Quality Development Forum invite domestic and foreign academicians, renowned university scholars, industry association leaders, and renowned entrepreneurs from relevant fields to attend and deliver keynote speeches. This will bring a wonderful and diverse wisdom feast to each participant, creating a professional, authoritative, and grounded high-level forum.
4、 Diversified supporting activities
This expo closely focuses on multiple themes such as entrepreneurship and innovation, consumption boost, economic and trade cooperation, and investment attraction, and has carefully arranged a series of exciting supporting activities.
The "Leader Innovation Award" selection is a "reserved program" of the China International Consumer Electronics Expo, which has been successfully held for 9 sessions. This selection event will rely on the National High end Intelligent Home Appliance Innovation Center to solicit innovative products and design solutions in the field of consumer electronics globally. During the exhibition, an award ceremony will be held. To support entrepreneurship and innovation in the field of home appliances, the 7th Global Internet of Things Black Technology Competition will also be launched.
In conjunction with the "Yihui Qingdao Consumption Year" event, home appliance promotion activities will be organized during the exhibition, providing consumers with a one-stop localized service of home appliance purchase, delivery, after-sales, etc. In order to ensure that citizens can visit exhibitions and shop at the same time, we will set up a special area for promoting home appliance consumption in Hall 3. At that time, professional personnel will provide on-site consultation on home appliance purchase, maintenance, and other aspects for consumers.

This year's China Consumer Electronics Expo coincides with the 20th edition.
